The Danbury Mint has produced a larger "mini-collectible" series of lighthouses.
Those familiar with the Danbury Mint of collectibles in their other series can appreciate the exquisite craftmanship they put into every offering.

The new series of "Lighthouses of America" is available directly from the Mint for a US dllr $39 purchase and monthly on-going subscription purchase to their list.

However -- The ARLHS has subscribed to the Danbury Mint collection on behalf of its members so that we can offer you these minilights for FREE! Not only that, but you get to specify your choice of lights from the list below.

That's right, you pay NOTHING, do NOT have to subscribe or commit to a monthly purchase, AND you get your choice of lights!

What's the catch? (You knew there had to be one, right?)

This is a membership campaign.
For every five new members to the ARLHS that you present and who join on your behalf, you will receive one free Danbury Mint Lighthouse. There is no limit to the number of lights you can receive — for each five new members who sign up for a new ARLHS membership, and indicate you as a sponsor, the ARLHS will send you a free Danbury Mint lighthouse of your choice (see list below).

  • (1) Recommend a new member and encourage them to join the ARLHS.
  • (2) Send their call (or list of calls if more than one) to Membership Drive and include the words "MEMBERSHIP DRIVE" in the subject line of your message.
  • (3) Give the prospective member your call and ARLHS member number and tell them to include that info with their application. When they submit their application, make sure that they mention that YOU recommended them and make sure they include your call and member number. NOTE: If we receive their application and the required information (your call and member number) is missing, we can NOT give you credit for their membership.
  • (4) For every five new members that we enroll who cite your call and member number you will receive a FREE miniature lighthouse collectible from the Danbury Mint collection. You will not even have to pay for postage or any other costs -- entirely FREE. And you will get one for EACH five members that enroll citing you as the one who recommended them for membership. No limit on the number of lights you can earn!

    Click the blue "Top 25" banner on the ILLW.ORG web site to see the ranking of the International Lighthouse-Lightship Weekend Organization at this time. The ILLW.ORG web site has a large deep yellow banner on the Top 25 International List. The rankings change from hour to hour; so check often.

    If the ILLW.ORG web site is #2 on the "Top 25 International list," immediately send an e-mail to the ARLHS President, by clicking here. Mention the date and time you saw the ILLW.ORG as #2 on the Top International list and include a copy of the Top 25 web site that shows ILLW.ORG in position #2 (JPG file or similar is OK). Be sure to include your name, call, and ARLHS member number (if a member). Be sure also to include the mailing address where you want your minilight sent.
