RULES FOR LIFE MEMBERSHIP:

1. Life Memberships in the ARLHS shall be available to any active member of the Society upon approval of the ARLHS Board of Directors and payment of the Life Membership fee.

2. The rate for ARLHS Life Membership is based on the formula used by the American Radio Relay League (ARRL) and is currently set at 25 times the ARLHS yearly dues or $500.

3. Life Memberships are non-transferable and dues payments are non-refundable.  However, upon the death of the Life Member, his/her membership may pass to a surviving spouse upon request and will remain in effect for the duration of that spouse’s lifetime.

4. Life Memberships are also available to Senior Citizens, age 65 or older, at a reduced rate of $250. Proof of age is required in the form of a copy of a birth certificate or driver’s license.

5. All payments must be in U.S. funds. Checks must be drawn on a bank within the USA. We are not responsible for payments, in whatever form, that are lost in the mail. No postal money orders, IRC’s, charge cards, or PayPal payments are accepted.
