ARLHS / ILLW Memberships
The ARLHS offers four levels of membership.

BASIC MEMBER
The Basic Membership requires a small, one-time registration fee of only $5.00 US dllrs ($7.50 for DX applicants).
After that there are NO annual dues or additional fees of any kind.
To apply, send a postal mail with payment and your name, call sign, address, and E-Mail address to
ARLHS Hdq, 114 Woodbine Ave, Merchantville, NJ 08109 USA. Be sure to include your E-Mail address.
Basic Membership is available via Postal Mail only, with payment by cash or check drawn on a USA bank.
After we receive your application, we'll send you an e-mail with your ARLHS member number and other information.
The
Basic Membership allows you to use the ARLHS member number and the ARLHS logo on QSL cards, etc., but
there are no other privileges.
INACTIVE MEMBER
The Inactive Membership level is for those who want some ARLHS benefits and privileges but want only the minimum dues
of $10.00 US dllrs yearly. There is an initial one-time registration fee of $5.00 (or $7.50 DX), plus the first-year's
dues of $10 (the registration fee is for the first year only — after that you pay only $10 yearly).
You may apply automatically online by

This will take you to the "PayPal" application site.
PayPal issues you an
immediate receipt, and
notifies us of your application and payment. Usually within
24 hours we will send you
an E-Mail with your exclusive lifetime member
number and other information. In return for your US $5.00 (USA/Canada) or $7.50 (DX) registration fee, you will receive your ARLHS
member number, a full-color embroidered shoulder patch (which can be worn on a ball cap), your member certificate, and info packet.
The Inactive Member level allows use of the ARLHS logo as well as access to many additional web site features.
This level is also applicable to those former Active Members who have let their memberships lapse and have not paid the yearly dues.
The Inactive Membership level reactivates your membership but does not grant full Active Membership nor any additional privileges.
If you wish, you can apply by direct mail, using cash (US$ only), check drawn on a USA bank, or American Express Traveler's Cheque.

ACTIVE MEMBER
This is the usual full-member level. It requires the one-time US $5.00 registration fee for the member packet and thereafter an annual dues
payment of $20, covering full member privileges, reduced costs on awards, certificates, and member supplies. In some instances it also provides
a discount on the annual ARLHS convention. Active Memberships can be applied for by either of the two methods described below:
*Application Method #1
This is the fastest method. You may apply automatically online by

This will take you to the "PayPal" application site.
PayPal issues you an
immediate receipt, and
notifies us of your application and payment. Usually within
24 hours we will send you
an e-mail with member
information and number,
which you can begin using
immediately. A kit containing your certificate and other
items will follow within a week or so.
This payment method does NOT offer the special anniversary rate of $15.00. If you wish to take advantage of this
reduced rate, you must use the postal mail-in method described below.
*Application Method #2
Although it takes a little longer than using the online application method, you might
prefer printing out the
application form below and mailing it in. Complete the form, include your e-mail address, and send
it with your
check in USA dollars drawn on a USA bank for
$5.00 registration and $10.00 dues for one year
(total $15.00). In honor of our Tenth Anniversary, we have reduced the application fee.
The fee is now only $15.00 (dllrs) and this offer is valid for A LIMITED TIME ONLY — and may be withdrawn at any time.
If you wish to take advantage of the Special Anniversary rate of $15, you MUST use this postal mail-in method.

LIFE MEMBER
Lifetime Memberships are available to active members, with reduced rates for Senior citizens over age 65.
