Father of Scott of Audubon; Nancy Warren-O'Neill of Collingswood; and Patrick W. of Haddon Hts.; also survived by his mother Catherine Warren of West Chester, PA; a brother Walter Warren of Atlanta, GA; and 7 granddaughters.
