63, of Browns Mills, New Jersey died Friday, December 12th at his home.
He was born in Camden, NJ, the son of the late George and Mildred Kissinger. He was retired from Tuscan Milk Distributors after 30 years of statewide service for the corporation. He was also an influential member of the highly successful Camden High School Basketball program as a scout for over 30 years. His reputation as a top scout preceeded him throughout the Northeast. An animal lover, Joe had a long love relationship with 20 cats he fed and cared for at his Browns Mills residence.
He is survived by his brother George Kissinger and spouse of Raleigh, NC, in addition to three nephews, one niece, one grand niece and two grand nephews.
Graveside service will be held 10am Wednesday at Arlington Cemetery, Pennsauken, NJ.
